I had a really nice experience here. The staff were genuinely friendly, and that made me feel a lot more relaxed about figuring out the tickets and where to go first. One person even pointed us toward a quieter room, which I really appreciated because it made the whole visit feel less overwhelming. The website was simple enough too, I found the hours in about a minute. Overall, it just felt smooth and welcoming, and I’d definitely use it again.

I wanted to like the program, but the classes felt kind of thrown together. One minute we were covering one topic, then it would jump to something else before I really understood the first part. Maybe it works for some people, but for me it was confusing and didn’t really give me the help or structure I was hoping for.

I used O'Keeffe Museum to look up some info before planning a visit, it mostly did what I needed. I was able to find the basics, but moving around certain pages with just the keyboard felt a little more awkward than I expected.
The text size was fine in some areas, but a few buttons and links didn’t stand out clearly to me. The images look great, but I do wish the image descriptions were a bit more consistent across the site.

Overall, it’s not a bad website at all. It just wasn’t quite as easy to use as I’d hoped, and with a few accessibility fixes, it could be a much better experience.

We booked the guided tour and overall it was nice. The guide clearly knew a lot and explained everything in a way that was easy to follow. I just wish there had been more time in some of the rooms because it felt a little rushed. Also, getting everything booked and organized felt like more effort than it needed to be, but in the end I’m still glad we did it.

I didn’t expect okeeffemuseum.org to have this much on it. Everyone always talks about the famous flower paintings, like that’s the whole story, but once you start poking around there are landscapes, drawings, photos, and all these other pieces that make you wonder why the “official” version of her work gets boiled down so much.
It’s really easy to lose time clicking through everything and finding stuff I’d never seen before. If you like getting beyond the usual greatest-hits version of an artist, this is a great place to browse. Not saying the art world is hiding the good stuff on purpose… but it does feel like there’s a lot more here than they usually let on. 5 stars from me.
